Haleezy Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Haleezy is a poly-herbal combination with natural broncho-dilator, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, helps to promote overall respiratory health.
In asthma attack, the smooth muscles of the bronchi contract, causing the bronchi to narrow -called broncho-constriction, and the tissues lining the air-ways swell from inflammation and mucous secretion into the airways. This restricts the flow of air causing cough, wheezing and shortness of breath.

Dosage
1 tsp thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With Other Medicines
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Navasagara – Ammonium chloride – 10 mg
Vasa – Malabar Nut – Adathoda vasica – 80 mg – It has anti-inflammatory activity and potent anti-allergic property. It decreases the secretion of mucous and relieves the inflammation in the air way.
Trikatu – 60 mg
Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale,
Long Pepper – Pippali – Piper longum,
Black pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum
Holy Basil – Tulasi – Ocimum sanctum – 50 mg
Licorice – Yastimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 50 mg – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.
Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica – 40 mg
Turmeric – Haridra – Curcuma longa – 20 mg – it has immuno-modulatory action.
Side effects of Haleezy Syrup
There are no known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy. This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
