Gynova Tablet Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Gynova Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by
Millennium Herbal Care Limited. It is used in the treatment of Dysmenorrhoea.

Gynova Tablet Indications

Dysmenorrhoea, Menorrhagia,
Metrorrhagia, Oligomenorrhoea,
Perimenopausal symptoms,
Unexplained infertility (where all tests ovulation and tubal assessments are normal)

Dosage

2 tablets twice a day after meals for a minimum period  of 3 months or till the cycle is restored.
or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Ashoka – Saraca indica – 50 mg – It is used mainly in bleeding gynecological conditions.
Dashmool – Roots of 10 herbs – 14.81 mg
Bilva – Aegle marmelos – Bael
Agnimantha – Premna mucronata
Shyonaka – Oroxylum indicum
Patala – Stereospermum suaveolens
Gambhari – Beech wood – Gmelina arborea
Brihati – Poison berry – Solanum indicum – Used in treating female infertility.
Kantakari – Solanum xanthocarpum
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris
Shalaparni – Desmodium gangeticum
Prishnaparni – Uraria picta
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 40 mg – It is mainly used in bleeding disorders.
Yasthimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 40 mg – Good aphrodisiac, increases the quantity and quality of semen.
Nagarmotha – Nut grass – Cyperus rotundus – 23.53 mg
Shatavari – Buttermilk root – Asparagus racemosus – 40 mg – It helps mother to lactate more, useful in treating male and female infertility.
Triphala –
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 50 ml
Bibitaki – Terminialia Bellerica – 50 ml
Amalaki – Emblica officinalis – 50 ml
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata – 13.33 ml
Kumari – Aloe barbadensis Mill. – Aloe vera – 50 mg – Useful in bleeding disorders such as nasal bleeding, heavy periods, etc.
Tagara – Valeriana wallichii – 25 mg – Useful in blood impurity and vitiation disorders such as acne, skin diseases, bleeding disorders etc.
Methi – Fenugreek – Trigonella foenum graceum – 50 mg
Devil’s Cotton – Olat kambal – Abroma augusta – 10 mg – Useful in treating female infertility. It induces menstruation.
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 16.67 mg

Gynova Tablet Side effects

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                                       
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
