Gynocare Capsule: Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Gynocare Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by
Dr. Palep’s Medical Research Foundation Pvt. Ltd. It is a uterine tonic used in the treatment of menstrual disorders.

Indication of Gynocare Capsule

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding
Poly-menorrhoea
Dys-menorrhoea
Endometriosis
Menorrhagia
Non-specific leucorrhoea
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Premenstrual syndrome
General weakness

Dosage

1 capsule twice a day for 3 cycles.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains extracts of drugs in crude form –
Ashoka – Saraca indica – 1000 mg – It is an important Ayurvedic herb used mainly in bleeding gynecological conditions.
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 250 mg – It is useful in bleeding disorders such as bleeding hemorrhoids, menorrhagia etc.
Musta – Nut grass – Cyperus rotundus – 250 mg
Vasa – Malabar nut – Adathoda vasica – 250 mg – It is useful in bleeding disorders.
Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 250 mg
Bhunimba – Andrographis paniculata Nees. – 100 mg
Gokshura – Small Caltrops – Tribulus terrestris – 100 mg
Punarnava – Spreading Hogweed – Boerhavia diffusa – 100 mg
Nagakeshara – Cobra’s Saffron – Mesua ferrea – 1 mg
Chandana – Sandalwood – Santalum album – 50 mg
Usheera – Andropogon  muricatus – Khas Khas Grass – 50 mg – It is useful in blood disorders.
Shalmali – Silk Cotton – Bombax malabaricum – 20 mg
Manjista – Indian Madder – Rubia cordifolia – 200 mg

Side effects of Gynocare Capsule

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                              
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
