Indication of Sri Sri Tattva Vitilwel Ointment

Dose
Direction of use: External application only – Apply gently on the lesion or affected area and expose to sunlight for 20 minutes preferably in the morning or in the evening.
Use it once a day or as directed by the physician.
How long to take?
This medicine is usually prescribed for a period of 1 – 2 months time.

Bakuchi – Psoralea seeds – Psoralea corylifolia – 2.112 g – It is mainly used in vitiligo.
Stri Kutaja – Bark of Holarrhena antidysenterica – 2.112 g – It has anti-fungal activity.
Aragwada – Cassia fistula – 2.112 g
Moolaka – Radish – Raphanus sativus – 2.112 g
Bhringaraj – Eclipta alba – 1.584 g
Neem – Azadirachta indica – 1.584 g – It has anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory activities.
Chitraka – Leadwort – Plumbago zeylanica – 1.056 g
Bibhitaki – Baheda – Terminalia bellirica – 0.528 g – it detoxifies the blood.
Cocunut oil – Cocos nucifera – Q.S.
Khadira – Gum acacia – Acacia catechu – 4.8 g – It is a very famous skin benefiting herb.
Tankana bhasma – Calcined Borax – 4.8 g
Shodita Gandhaka – Purified Sulphur – 4.8 g
Yavakshara – Kshara of Barley – Hordeum – 2.4 g
Gomutra Ghana – Cows urine – 1.25 g
Shoditha Sphatika – Purified Potash alum – 1.25 g
Base – Q.S.
Fragrance – Aloe vera – 0.2 gm
Color – Lavanga congo – 0.01 g
Excipients – Q.S.
Side effects and Precautions
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its use during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during the lactation period and in children for a limited period of a few weeks time.
