Sri Sri Tattva OSPO – C Tablets is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Sri Sri Tattva Company. Which helps to maintain bone health and protect the bones.

Indication of Sri Sri Tattva OSPO – C Tablets

Bone fracture – Asthi bhagna
Diseases related to bone – Asthigata roga
Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis – Sandhi vata
General debility – Dourbalya
Calcium deficiency
Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains
Bursitis,  
Bursitis trochanterica,
Shoulder dislocation pain

Dose

1 – 2 tablets thrice a day
or as directed by the physician.

How long to take?
This medicine is usually prescribed for a period of 1 – 2 months time.

Ingredients of Sri Sri Tattva OSPO – C Tablets

Asthi shrinkala – Cissus quadrangularis – 60 mg – Strengthens the bones.
Shallaki – Boswellia serrata – 50 mg – It has anti-inflammatory action.
Arjuna – Terminalia Arjuna – 50 mg
Shodhita  guggulu – Indian bedellium – Commiphora mukul – 40 mg – It is a potent anti-inflammatory herb, so it is helpful to relieve pain in muscles, joints, ligaments, and bones.
Shankha bhasma – Calcined conch shell – 50 mg
Godanti bhasma – Calcined Gypsum – 100 mg – It is used as a calcium supplement.
Shukti bhasma – Calcined pearl oyster – 100 mg
Kapardika bhasma – Calcined cowrie – 50 mg
Excipients – Q.S.

Side effects and Precautions

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                           
Seek your doctor’s advice for its use during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during the lactation period and in children for a limited period of a few weeks time.
