Somavit Soft Gel Uses, Dose, Ingredients, Side Effects

Somavit Soft Gel is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Millennium Company. It is mainly used in the treatment of General weakness and exhaustion diseases.

Somavit Soft Gel Indications

General weakness,
and exhaustion,
Convalescence following prolonged lines like malaria,
Tuberculosis,
Jaundice,
and  Diabetes,
Sugary and post partum,
Allergic and infective manifestations,
Adjuvant therapy to TB, HIV-AIDS and other Immune-compromised Conditions.

Dosage

12 SGC B.I.D for minimum Period of 12 to 16 weeks.

How long to take?
This medicine can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks as per doctors advice. After that time, usually the dose is gradually reduced and the medicine is stopped in next 6 weeks of time.

Ingredients

Each soft gel capsule contains
Guduchi satva – Tinospora Cordifolia – 610 mg
Amla – Amalaki – Emblica officinalis – 75 mg
Gokshura – Tribulus Terrestris – 25 mg
Ashwagandha – Withania somnefera – 25 mg
Long pepper – Pippali – Piper Longum-8.33 mg

Somavit Soft Gel Side effects

  There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is usually prescribed in a lower dose during lactation and in children.
Consult your doctor for its usage during pregnancy.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
