Navaratna Chinta Har Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited. It is mainly used as heart tonic, treat dyspnoea and chronic diseases.

Uses and dose

Navaratna Chinta Har Tablet Indications:
Dyspnoea, heart disease, cough, chronic  and obstructive diseases.
Used as cardiac tonic

Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Navaratna Chinta Har Tablet Ingredients:
Each 0.10 gm contains:
Manikya Shudh – Ruby – 7.18 mg – Used in Aphrodisiac, Malabsorption syndrome, impairment of memory, insomnia, disorders caused by Vata vikara, diseases caused by microbes especially tuberculosis.
Pukharj shudh – Yellow Sapphire – 7.18 mg
Neelam Shudh – Blue Sapphire – 7.18 mg
Panna Shudh – Emerald – 7.18 mg
Mukta Shudh – Pearl – 7.18 mg – Used Heart disease, cough, vertigo, bleeding disorders, all types of headaches, diabetes, hyperacidity, burning micturition, dysuria, insomnia, intolerance to sound, irritability, anxiety, anger and can be used in summer as a coolant.
Akik Shudh –  Quartz – 7.18 mg
Vaidurya Shudh – Cat’s eye – 7.18 mg
Gomed shudh – Hessonite gemstone – 7.18 mg
Nariyal Dariyal – Coconut – 7.18 mg
Shudh shilajeet – Asphaltum – 25 mg
Mukta shukti bhasma – 7.18 mg – It is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Pearl Oyster.
Swarna bhasma – Calx of Gold – 3.2 mg

Side effects

Navaratna Chinta Har Tablet side effects:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
