Lama Vinomin Tonic Uses, Dose, Ingredients, Side Effects

Lama Vinomin Tonic is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Lama Pharmaceuticals. It is mainly used in general debility.

Uses and dose

Lama Vinomin Tonic Indication: Provide nourishment in general debility, improves vigour, relieves fatigue

Dosage: 3-6 teaspoonful (15-30 ml) after meals with equal water twice daily.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, Protect from direct sunlight.

Duration

How long to take?
This medicine can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks as per doctors advice. After that time, usually the dose is gradually reduced and the medicine is stopped in next 6 weeks of time.

Each 5ml contains: eater extract from:
Munakka – Vitis vinifera – 900 mg – relives fatigue, thirst, tiredness, provide nourishment, improves vigour.
Safed Musli – Cholorophytum borivilianum – 187 mg
Ashwagandh – Withania somnifera – 100 mg – Best Ayurvedic herb used widely to improve strength, immunity and relieves insomnia, general debility.
Satavari – Asparagus racemosus – 45 mg – Used extensively to improve general health and strength
Arjum chhal – Terminalia arjuna – 45 mg
Manjistha – Rubia cordifolia – 75 mg
Nagarmotha – Cyperus rotundus – 25 mg
Nagakesar- Mesua ferra – 19 mg
Dalchini – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – 9.25 mg
Lawang – Clove – Syzygium aromaticum – 9.25 mg
Kankal – Pipper cubebo – 9.25 mg
Jaiphal – Myristica fragrans – 20 mg
Gur-  Jaggery – 5 grams
Dhaihool – Woodfordia fruiticosa – 5 grams
Sugar – 1 grams
Sodi Benzoate – 25 mg

Side effects

Lama Vinomin Tonic Side effects:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is usually prescribed in a lower dose during lactation and in children.
Consult your doctor for its usage during pregnancy.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Diabetic patients should avoid this medicine as it contain sugar and jaggery in it.
