Ingredients of En-Vita Forte Syrup:
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 100 mg
Amalaki – Embelica officinalis – 15 mg
Shilajitu – Asphaltum – 15 mg – There is no curable disease in the universe which is not effectively cured by Shilajit – Master Charaka. Shilajit is one of the sought after Ayurvedic product in the market. From body building, to treating disorders such as diabetes, asthma etc, shilajat is very commonly used.
Bala – Sida cordifolia – 15 mg
Yastimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 15 mg – Licorice
Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – 20 mg
Shatavari – Asperagus racemosus – 20 mg – Indian Asparagus
Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – 20 mg – Indian Tinospora
Kusta – Saussurea lappa – 20 mg
Keshara – Crocus sativus – 5 mg – Kumkum – Saffron is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of acne, black head, diarrhea, skin diseases, impotency and acts as immunity enhancer and memory booster.
Dose
Dosage of En-Vita Forte Syrup:
Children – 1 tsp three times a day, before meals.
Adults – 2 tsp three times a day, before meals.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With Other Medicines
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Diet To Follow
Have more of Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond,
taro root, flaxseed oil, soyabean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin,
red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout,
cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia
are fine to take.
Diet To avoid:
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all
types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and
smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.
Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.

Side effects of En-Vita Forte Syrup:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
