Each capsule of 500 mg contains extracts of –
Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera] – 500 mg
[standardized to 5 % alkaloids & 3.5 % withanoloids]

Indication of Aswagandha-D Capsule:
General debility
Weak immune power.
Dose
Dosage of Ashwagandha-D Capsule:
1 capsule 3 times a day, or as directed by your Ayurvedic doctor.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
For gym goers
This product can be taken by people going to gym regularly. It helps to strengthen joints, nerves, muscles and tendons. It accelerates the injury healing process due to potent anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, anti stress and analgesic properties.
In hypothyroidism
Ashwagandha is highly recommended in Hypothyroidism. Hence, this product can be taken in such a patient. It also helps the patient to improve strength and useful to correct immunity.

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
In some, it may induce or increase sleep.
People taking medicine for high BP should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
