  5. Hello, I usually have a very painful Mensuration. It’s been around 4 years.I face some sort of inflammation and cramp below the lower abdomen during first two days of mesuration. bleeding is fine. However my mesuration starts 3 to 4 days before the stated time period. I consulted an ayurvedic gynocologist and she gave me menocramp tablets and kumaryasav syrup. My ultrasound is also normal. After having these medicines I did not have any pain in the 1st Mensuration then now after approx 5 months again the pain is increasing in my lower abdomen.my doc now gave me raja prabartini vati and amycordial syrup for a month. I m having these and after 2 weeks I m expecting to have my next Mensuration. Let’s hope for the best. I have an enquiry. Why do I face such inflammation in the lower area? I can’t control the pain. Feels like dying.

One of my relatives also had the same kind of pain. Her ultrasound did not show any problem but when she consulted a doc when in Australia, the doc said that a 5 cm blood has been accumulated till her ovaries area and that is giving her pain and she needs to have a minor operation to clean the part. Is it that I also have the same problem?
