Ingredients of Aloes Compound Tablet:
Each film coated tablet contains-
- Kumari [Aloe barbadensis] Aloe Vera – 70 mg
- Hirabol [Commiphora myrrha] – 70 mg
- Jeevanthi [Holostemma adakodien] – 30 mg
- Kambhoji [Kirganelia reticulata] – 30 mg
- Kasisa bhasma – 30 mg – Kasis Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Green Vitriol – Ferrous Sulphate. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of Anemia, Fever, Spleen diseases etc.
- Manjishta [Rubia cordifolia] – 35 mg – Manjishta is a famous herb for blood detoxifying. Is root is extensively used in many skin disease medicines of Ayurveda. It is called as Indian Madder in English. It is used in many oral Ayurvedic medicines and in Ayurvedic oils for skin conditions as well.
- Hurmal [Peganum harmala] – 35 mg
- Excepients – q.s.
Indication, dose
Indication & Dosage of Aloes Compound Tablet:
- Irregular & scanty menses, amenorrhoea, delayed menarche- 2 tablets twice or thrice a day for 3-4 months [discontinue when pregnancy is suspected].
- Pain and discomfort during menstruation – 2 tablets thrice a day from 3-5 days before the expected date of menses till menses begins & pain subsides. To be repeated for 3-4 cycles.
- To counteract side effects of contraceptive pills- 2 tablets twice or thrice a day [a course of 100-200 tablets]. To be repeated as & when required.
- Female infertility- when menstrual pattern & quantity of flow are normal- to induce normal ovulatory cycles 7 to improve fertility index, 2 tablets twice a day, starting from 1st day of menstrual cycle to the 14th day of the cycle. To be repeated every cycle till she misses the period & pregnancy is confirmed.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Is this product useful if my periods are delayed by ten days and I have to get it very soon? I was supposed to get it last month on the 29th. I started taking the tablets today and I am hoping it’ll come within this week.
I have irregular menses and would like to correct it too that’s why I have started taking the tablets but I am worried I will get it month end which I don’t want as I have some personal engagements which requires me not t menstruate.

Hi, continue aloes compound during periods. Only during the days of period, also take Raja pravartini vati tablet – 1 tablet 2 times a day after food. Stop it after periods stop.
