Ingredients

Ingredients of Akshay Forte Syrup:
Each 5 ml of syrup contains-

• Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera] – 200 mg
• Shalmali [Salmalia malabarica] – 200 mg
• Shatavari [Asperagus racemosus] – 200 mg
• Atibala [Abutilon indicum] – 150 mg
• Gokshura [Tribulus terresteris] – 100 mg – Tribulus is known as Gokshura in Ayurveda. It is an ancient herb, used since thousands of years for its immense medicinal qualities. Its botanical name is Tribulus terrestris. Tribulus, in modern day, is used for body building, to relieve diseases of uro-genital system and as an aphrodisiac. It belongs to Zygophyllaceae family
• Guduchi [Tinospora cordifolia] – 100 mg – Guduchi or Giloy is a famous Ayurvedic herb, used extensively in treatment for fever, diabetes, urinary tract disorders, anemia, jaundice, asthma, cardiac disorders, etc.
• Krishna musali [Curculigo orchioides] – 100 mg

Indication

Indication of Akshay Forte Tablet & Syrup:
Weakness & malnutrition
Lack of physical strength
Muscular weakness
General debility
Loss of weight
Adjuvant in malignancy
Suppressed immunity.

Dose

Dosage of Akshay Forte:
Children – 1 tablet with 1 tsp syrup twice or thrice a day.
Adults – 2 tablets with 2 tsp syrup twice or thrice a day.
The dosage may be adjusted/modified as per the severity of the disorder.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
