Ingredients
Ingredients of Medohara Guggulu-
Shunti – Zingiber officinale
Maricha – Piper nigrum
Pippali – Piper longum
Musta – Cyperus rotendus
Chitrakamoola – Plumbago zeylanica
Guggulu – Commiphora mukul
Dose
Dosage-
2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water. Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects of Medohar Guggulu:
Some people may experience cidity, belching and acid reflux with this medicine, especially if administered in higher doses.
Better to avoid this medicine during pregnancy.

Hi Doctor
I’ve PCOD but I don’t have Thyroid and is it advisable to take these two tablets Medohar Guggulu and Garcini tablets in order to reduce my weight or will there be any side effects if I intake these 2 tablets. Please guide me how many months should I take.
For mild obesity, is Kanchnar guggul a good enough substitute for medohar guggulu?
We should change our diet aswell and do exercises along. Shall we stop fried ,sugar, coffee, pulses , curd, milk etc when taking gugglu?
Avoiding your mentioned foods is good.
I can take it before or after eating?
After eating.
Should we completely stop coffee or can we have black coffee or without sugar
If you cannot live without coffee, having it once a day should be okay.
