Dainik Tablet – Benefits, Dosage, Ingredients, Side Effects

Dainik Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Ban Labs Ltd, Rajkot, used in treatment of constipation. It helps in easy evacuation of bowels.

Uses

Dainik Tablet uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of acute and chronic constipation

Effect on dosha

Effect on Tridosha – Balances Pitta and Vata at the level of intestines.

Dose and duration of use

Dainik Tablets Dose: 
Adults: 2 to 3 tablets at bed time with warm water or as directed by physician.

How long to take? 
It can be taken for 1 – 2 months, as directed by Physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Elaychi (Elettaria Cardamomum) – Cardamom
Ghee kunvar (Aloe Vera)
Harde (Terminalia chebula)
Jayfal (Myristica fragrance) – Nutmeg
Kali Mirch (piper nigrum) – Black pepper
Laving (Caryophyllus Aromaticus)
Pippali (Piper Longum) – Long pepper
Safed Jeera (Cuminum Cyminum) – Cumin seeds
Saunf (Foenniculum Vulveri)
Sunth (zingiber officinale) – dry ginger
Tejpatra (Cinnamomum Tamala) – Cinnamon leaves
Vaj (acorus calamus) – Sweet flag

Side effects and precautions

Side effects and precautions: 
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
Children, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers should take this medicine only under medical supervision.
keep out of reach and sight of children.
Over-dosage may cause loose stools or diarrhoea.
Store in a cool dry place.
Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose.
