Are spatika linga & potash alum are the same ?
Is shodita spatika (after heating )heatingg is used to purify water as of unpurified spatika?
Spatika linga is different than potash alum.
Potash alum without purification is used for water purification.
It is mixed with Kumkumadi taila and the paste is applied over the mark.
