Jawahar Mohra is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form, used in treatment of cardiac ailments. This medicine is most commonly used in north Indian Ayurvedic practice.

Jawahar Mohra Uses: It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment of heart diseases. It acts as cardiac tonic.

Dose
Jawahar Mohra dosage:
125 mg once or twice a day before or after food, as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is given along with honey or milk.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Mukta Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Pearl or Pishti – 20 g

Sangayashava Pishti – 40 g
Kaharuva – Trinakantamani Pishti – 20 g
Rajatavarka – ultra thin sheet of Silver – 10 g
Swarnavarka – Ultra thin sheet of Gold – 10 g
Nariyal – Coconut pouwder – 40 g
Avareshama – 20 g
Mrigashringa Bhasma – Bhasma made of deer horn – 40 g
Nirvisha Churna – 20 g
Kasturi – Musk – 10 g
Ambara – 10 g
Gulab arka – rose water – quantity sufficient for grinding for 14 days

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It should be taken under strict medical supervision. Take this medicine only if your Ayurveda doctor has prescribed it to you.
Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
Use this medicine only till the prescribed time and in the prescribed dose only.

javahar mohra use in ladies time problem
Self medication.. i m 56 yrs male.. i have no problem of heart.. but just for precaution i bought this jawahar mohra.. i have taken 3 tabs so far in last 3 days.. is it ok.. ?
It is fine. But not really required if you do not have any heart problems. Exercise, good diet control against junk foods, sodas etc, avoiding smoking and alcohol is good enough for good heart health.
