It is used in the treatment of throat related disease such as
lymphadenopathy, diarrhoea, hernia, skin diseases, diabetes,
elephantiasis, Sinus, non healing wounds, fistula, cough,
cold, Pthisis, Emaciation, Rhinitis, Hemorrhoids, obesity,
Rheumatoid arthritis, Facial palsy, Ascites, Disseases of ear,
nose throat, eyes, headache, gynaecological complaints.
It also acts as natural aphrodisiac and rejuvenative medicine.

Non healing wounds, diabetic ulcers, carbuncles
Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Dosage
125 mg once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally administered along with honey, Milk, Meat, Curds.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Abhraka Bhasma – Bhasma (calx) of Mica – 48 g
Shuddha Gandhaka – Purified and processed Sulphur – 24 g
Vanga Bhasma – Bhasma of Tin – 12 g
Shuddha Parada – Purified and processed Mercury – 6 g
Shuddha Haratala – Purified Orpiment (Arsenis tri sulphide) – 6 g
Tamra Bhasma – Bhasma (calx) of Copper – 3g
Karpoora – Camphor – Cinnamomum camphora – 6 g
Jatiphala – Nutmeg (fruit) – Myristica fragrans – 12 g
Vriddhadaru – Argyrea speciosa – 12 g
Swarna Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Gold – 12 g
The fine powder of above ingredients is ground with the juice extract, made into paste and pills are prepared.

Hi, though it is useful, you need to consult a qualified Ayurveda doctor for full course of treatment and medicines.
The potency of turmeric is hot and hence it should always be boiled in milk and used. In case the milk is not suitable, it should be boiled with water adding little coriander power to pacify the turmeric heat. Secondly, turmeric takes longer time to digest and hence when using turmeric as a medicine, the patient should be advised to take little black pepper or ginger along with turmeric for quick digestion. i have sinus for this i went to ayurvedic doctoc and he gave me mahalakshmi vilas ras for 15 days daily 2 tablets with water including another tablets also nilsin capsule ,dasamoolakatutrayam all this morning 2 and night 2 then i took night all medicine and i suffered with fever and then i took allopathy medicine for fever it is any dangerous in taking this both medicines at a time pls suggest and this ayurvedic medicines is good to sinuse and health pls suggest
Hi, you can take allopathic medicines while continuing with the 2 Ayurvedic medicines. Just maintain a gap of 30 minutes between allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines.
