Uses of Ksheerabala Taila Capsule:
It is used in the treatment of paralysis, hemiplegia, facial palsy, rheumatoid arthritis, nervous debility, sciatica, neuritis, neuralgia, whole body stiffness and other neuro-muscular problems.
Useful in intercostal neuropathy
Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains
Bursitis,

Shoulder dislocation pain

Bala moola (Sida cordifolia)
Paya (Milk)
Tila taila (Sesame oil)
Dose
Dosage of Ksheerabala Taila Capsule:
DS- 1 capsule twice or thrice a day taken 1 hour before food with warm milk or water or as directed by the physician.
SS/Regular- 2 capsules twice or thrice daily taken 1 hour before food with warm water or milk, or as directed by the physician.

Thanks for your kind reply.
I already taking ksheerabala 300 mg – ( Kottakal ) 2 per day for the last one month. My main issue is i lost my strength on hands. Is there any way improve it by doing ? Is it require to do any exercise ? I work nature is i am always sitting in-front of computer for 10 hours. btw i am from Coimbatore.
