Gulgulu Panchapalam Gulika is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Group. It is mainly used in the treatment of fistula in ano, skin diseases, obesity, worm infestation.

Gulgulu – Commiphora mukul – 578.948 mg – It helps to lower cholesterol levels, it is a potent anti inflammatory herb, so it is helpful to relieve pain.
Magadhikam – Long pepper – Piper longum – 115.790 mg
Hareethaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 115.790 mg – It helps to ease bowel movement.
Vibheethaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellerica – 115.790 mg
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 115.790 mg – Useful in skin diseases, constipation and has anti-oxidant activity.
Twak – Cinnamon – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – 28.948 g
Thrudi – Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 28.948 mg
Buffer and binding material – Q.S.
Indications
Indications of Gulgulu Panchapalam Gulika:
Kushta – skin diseases
Bhagandara – fistula in ano
Gulma – abdominal tumor, flatulence
Krimi – worm infestation
Sthoulya – obesity
Dose, duration of use
Dose:
1 to 2 tablets twice daily.
Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
