Utowin Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Ayurwin Pharma Pvt Ltd. It is used in the treatment of Female infertility.

Utowin Syrup Ingredients

Each 5 ml contains:
Ashok – Saraca asoca – 450 mg – It is an important Ayurvedic herb used mainly in bleeding gynecological conditions. 
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Phyllanthus emblica – 240 mg – Of all the anti-aging herbs, Amla is the best.
Lajjalu – Mimosa pudica – 240 mg – Useful in female reproductive system related disorders such as heavy periods.
Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – 150 mg
Kumara – Ipomoea batatas – 240 mg
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 300 mg – It improves strength and immunity.
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 300 mg – An excellent female tonic. It is believed to boost female reproductive health.
Dashamoola – 300 mg
Bilva – Bael – Aegle marmelos
Agnimantha – Premna mucronata
Shyonaka – Oroxylum indicum – It has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory activities.
Patala – Stereospermum suaveolens – Useful in blood detoxification.
Gambhari – Gmelina arborea
Brihati – Solanum indicum – Used in treating female infertility.
Kantakari – Solanum xanthocarpum
Gokshura – Tribulus – Tribulus terrestris
Shalaparni – Desmodium gangeticum
Prishnaparni – Uraria picta
Manjishta – Indian madder – Rubia cordifolia – 150 mg – It is a well known blood detoxifying herb.
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 240 mg – It is mainly used in bleeding disorders, diarrhea and eye disorders.           
Amruta – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia Wall – 150 mg
Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 150 mg – It improves strength, immunity and nourishment.
Sariva – Hemidesmus indicus – 240 mg – Useful in bleeding disorders such as menorrhagia etc.
Dhataki – Woodfordia fruticosa – 240 mg – Useful in bleeding disorders such as menorrhagia, nasal bleeding, bleeding per rectum etc. (due to its astringent properties)

Indication

Vandhyatva – Female infertility,
Asragdhara – Menorrhagia,
Shvetapradara – Leucorrhoea,
Kashtarthava – Dysmenorrhoea,
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.

Dosage

10 ml twice a day,
or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Utowin Syrup Side effects

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.    
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
