Sujat Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Dr. Palep’s Medical Research Foundation Pvt. Ltd. It is used in the treatment of Nutritional anemia in Pregnancy.
Sujat Capsule Ingredients
Each capsule contains in mg of extracts equivalent to the drug in crude form
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 400 mg – Improves breast milk production and useful in bleeding disorders.
Vidari – Ipomea digitata – 400 mg – Improves strength, immunity, nourishment and breast milk production.
Shringataka – Trapa bispinosa – 400 mg – Used for the treatment of bleeding disorders, fatigue, inflammation and also used as nutritional supplement.
Amla – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 200 mg
Bala – Sida cordifolia – 25 mg – Relieves bleeding disorders, improves strength, immunity and nourishment.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 25 mg – It improves muscle strength and body nourishment.
Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 25 mg
Sariva – Sarsaparilla – Hemidesmus indicus – 25 mg – Detoxifies breast milk and useful in the treatment of menorrhagia.
Brihat Gokhur – Tribulus terrestris – 100 mg – Improves strength, nourishes the blood.
Indications
Nutritional anemia in pregnancy,
Threatened Abortions,
Premature birth and foetal undergrowth,
Prevention of IUGR,
PIH & BOH,
for good lactation.
Dosage
1 to 2 capsules in a day throughout pregnancy and after the delivery to improve quality of lactation.
Or as directed by the Physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Sujat Capsule Side effects
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
