How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Do’s and Don’ts
Do’ s
Soft & easy digestible food like – kichadi, vegetable soup is advised.
Drinks like – fresh buttermilk, jalgira are advised.
Fresh fruits and fruit juices are advised.
Consumption of leafy vegetables bran of both rice and wheat is useful to increase the fiber content of the food.
Morning walk is recommended.
Don’ts
Avoid oily, spicy & fried food recipes.
Avoid irregularity in dietary habits.
Avoid excessive consumption of tea & coffee.
Avoid alcohol consumption.
Avoid consumption of curd particularly at night.
Avoid late night meals, emotional factors like anxiety & stress.
Avoid smoking & tobacco chewing.
Avoid keeping awake for a longer time in the night.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains –
Jayapala – Purging Croton – Purified Croton tiglium – 5 mg – It induces purgation.
Triphala – Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica – 30 mg
Nishottar – Trivrit – Ipomoea turpethum – 10 mg – Of all the herbs useful in easy purgation, Trivrit is the best.
Shunthi – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 5 mg – It improves digestion strength.
Kali Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 5 mg
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 5 mg – It causes purgation.
Sonamukhi – Senna – Cassia angustifolia – 10 mg – It has laxative and anti-microbial actions.
Bhavana :
Bhringaraj – False daisy – Eclipta alba – 25.00 mg – Useful in indigestion.
Side effects of Regulax Forte Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
