How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Do’s
Regular yoga under the guidance of an expert is extremely beneficial.
Perform gentle massage with oil to the affected part.
Local hot water fomentation is recommended.
Take good nutritious food at regular intervals.
Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.
Don’ts
Avoid spicy, oily, frozen food and sour things such as curd and pickles.
Avoid non-vegetarian food.
Avoid over eating.
Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages.
Avoid excessive mobilization of the affected joints.
Avoid staircase climbing without proper support.
Avoid exposure to cold, wind and rain.
Avoid day time sleeping/ sleepless nights.
Avoid suppression of natural urges.

Swarna – Gold – 0.05 mg – Gold appears to work best in the early stages of arthritis but it may be effective in anyone with active joint pain and swelling.
Muktashukti Bhasma – Pearl oyster Calx – 25 mg
Kukkutandatwak bhasma – Egg shell Calx – 50 mg – It is a rich source of calcium and helpful to improve bone density, naturally.
Extracts of –
Shallaki – Boswellia serrata – 75 mg – It has anti-inflammatory action.
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo – 250 mg – It is a very good muscle relaxant, pain relieving herb.
Shyonaka – Oroxylum indicum – 173.8 mg – It has anti-arthritis, immuno-modulatory and anti-inflammatory activities.
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 100 mg – It is a well known immuno-modulatory herb, used to treat auto-immune diseases.
Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 100 mg – It improves strength of bone, muscles and joints.
Goskhura – Tribulus terrestris – 50 mg – It has anti-inflammatory action.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 50 mg
Shuddha Kupilu – Purified Strychnos nux vomica – 70 mg
Side effects of Ostolief Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
