Kynotomine Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by J & J Dechane Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. It is used in the treatment of liver disorders, particularly effective in catarrhal jaundice.

For the treatment of catarrhal jaundice
Exerts a mild antiseptic action in the biliary tract.
Clears jaundice within a few days.
Dosage
Adults – 1 – 2 tablets 3 times a day.
Children – ½ tablet 3 times a day.
Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Bringaraja – False daisy – Eclipta alba – 52 mg – It has hepato-protective activity.
Katuki – Picrorrhiza kurroa – 34 mg – It is hydrogogue purgative that enhances the action of the other ingredients.
Revand chini – Rhubarb – Rheum emodi – 23 mg – It is a mild laxative and is also an astringent, bitter useful in the treatment of diarrhea.
Gandhaka – Sulphur – 5 mg – It is mild aperients, increases bile secretion.
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 11 mg – Useful in Anemia, initial stages of liver diseases.
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 50 mg – It a well-known diuretic, relieves edema and ascites.
Manjista – Indian Madder – Rubia cordifolia – 27 mg – It detoxifies the blood.
Vacha – Sweet flag – Acorus calamus – 7 mg – improves digestion strength.
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Embelica officinalis – 58 mg
Gavakshi – Makhal – Citrullus colocynthis – 9 mg
Papra – Himalayan Mayapple – Podophyllum emodi – 9 mg
Lavanga – Clove – Syzygium aromaticum – 7 mg – It improves digestion power and taste.
Jatiphala – Nutmeg – Myristica fragrans – 7 mg
Twak – Cinnamomum zeylanica – 11 mg
Haridra – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 17 mg – By the virtue of tikta-katu rasa, ushna veerya, katu vipaka and laghu, ruksha guna’s Haldi removes blocks in the Liver and restores the haematopoietic functions.
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 4 mg
Ajamoda – Ptychotis ajowan – 6 mg
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 2 mg
Jeeraka – Cumin seed – Cuminum cyminum – 2 mg – It increases digestive power.
Mishreya – Foeniculum vulgare – 13 mg
Side effects of Kynotomine Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation period and in children.
