Apurva Malini Basant Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine used in the treatment of chronic fever, diabetes, anemia, jaundice etc.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Apurva Malini Basant Ras:
Vaikranth Bhasma
– It is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Tourmaline. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of anemia, ascites, fever, asthma, diabetes etc.
Mica Calx – Abhraka Bhasma – It is used in the treatment of digestive impairment, malabsorption syndrome, disease due to Kapha Dosha, asthma, bronchitis etc.
Copper Calx – Tamra Bhasma – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of skin diseases, obesity, piles, asthma etc.
Swarnamakshika Bhasma – It is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from an ore of Copper and Iron Pyrite. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of diabetes, piles, skin diseases etc.
Silver Calx – Raupya Bhasma – It improves skin complexion, digestion power, body strength and immunity, intelligence.
Tin Calx – Vanga Bhasma – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of obesity, premature ejaculation, anemia, asthma etc.
Coral Calx – Pravala Bhasma – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of cough, asthma, bleeding disorders etc.
Ras sindur – It is an Ayurvedic medicine, used to boost immune system, to improve strength, in cardiac diseases, colicky abdominal pain, urinary tract related diseases, fistula in ano, inflammatory conditions, tuberculosis, chronic respiratory conditions etc.
Iron Calx – Loha Bhasma – It is useful in gastric complaints, skin diseases, eye disorders, bloating, splenomegaly, helminthiasis, obesity, diabetes, vomiting, asthma, bronchitis etc.
Purified Borax – Shudda Tankana – It is used in the treatment of productive cough, bronchitis, wheezing, asthma, chest congestion etc.
Conch shell calx – Shanka Bhasma – It is useful in the treatment of gastritis, acidity, abdominal colic, malabsorption syndrome, dyspepsia, vomiting, nausea, acne etc.
Cus Cus grass decoction – Ushira – Vetiveria zizanioides
Shatavari juice or decoction – Asparagus racemosus
Turmeric juice or decoction – Haridra – Curcuma longa – It has anti-oxidant and immuno-modulatory activities.
Musk – Kasturi
Camphor – Karpura – Cinnamomum camphora – It is a rare herb which, being coolant, balances Kapha Dosha and reduces fat and cholesterol levels.

Benefits of Apurva Malini Basant Ras:
Indicated in Chronic fever, weakness due to fever,
Cough, tuberculosis,
Asthma, respiratory disorders with difficulty in breathing,
Anemia, jaundice, splenomegaly, diabetes, bleeding disorders.
It improves nourishment, strength, complexion.

Dose

Dosage of Apurva Malini Basant Ras:
1 to 2 tablets twice a day along with giloy satva, sugar candy and honey or long pepper powder and honey.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Side effects

Side effects of Apurva Malini Basant Ras:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
