Irumal Sanjeevi Tablets is a classical Siddha medicine in tablet form, manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode- Tamil Nadu. It is used in the treatment of respiratory tract disorders.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Irumal Sanjeevi Tablet:
Milagu – Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 18 % – It decreases sputum production and useful in treatment of asthma and chronic respiratory disorders.
Seeragam – Jeeraka – Cumin – Cuminum cyminum – 18 %
Athimadhuram – Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 18 % – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.
Kuppaimeni – Haritamanjari – Acalypha indica – 18 %
Dry vellai karisalai – Bringaraja – Eclipta prostrata – 18 % – Useful in asthma, COPD and other respiratory diseases.
Kuppaimeni saaru – Haritamanjari swarasa – Acalypha indica – q.s.
Vellai karisalai saaru – Bringaraja swarasa – Eclipta prostrata – q.s. Velampisin – Babbula – Acacia nilotica – 10 % – It has anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-pyretic, and anti-asthamatic properties.

• Anaithu erumal & natpatta erumal [all cough & chronic cough]
• Thondai thapithangal [pharyngitis & laryngitis]
• Nuraieeral kapam [phlegm in the respiratory tract]
• Eraippu [bronchial asthma]
• Kuralkammal [hoarseness of voice].

Dose

Dosage & Adjuvants of Irumal Sanjeevi Tablet:
1 tablet to be chewed slowly, when suffering from cough & daily up to 10 tablets.
Or as directed by the physician.
