Dineshelaadi Keram is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Group. It is used in the treatment of itching, eczema.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Dineshelaadi Keram:
Each 10 ml is prepared out of:
Dineshavalli – Ventilago maderaspatana – 0.605 g
Rajani – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 0.575 g – It has anti-allergic, anti-dermatophytic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Dinesham – 0.575 g
Vyaghrataka – Capparis horrida – 0.575 g
Nyagrodha – Ficus benghalensis – 0.575 g – It is an Ayurvedic plant used for the treatment of wounds, skin diseases, eye diseases, leucorrhea, diabetes and diarrhea.
Udumbara – Ficus racemosa – 0.575 g
Ashwatha – Ficus religiosa – 0.575 g – It is an Ayurvedic tree used for the treatment of cough, skin diseases, improving the skin complexion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and improving the sexual potency. 
Plaksha – Ficus lacor – 0.575 g
Sukshma ela – Lesser cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 0.030 g
Sthula ela – Amomum subulatam – 0.030 g
Thurushka – 0.030 g
Kushta – Saussurea lappa – 0.030 g – It is a famous Ayurvedic herb used in treating gout, skin diseases, respiratory disorders etc.
Phalini – Callicarpa macrophylla – 0.030 g – used for the treatment of headache, diarrhea mixed with blood, general debility, fever, pain in the joints, skin diseases etc. 
Sprukka – Anisomeles malabarica – 0.030 g – It detoxifies blood and used in skin diseases, itching, burning sensation, fever, poisoning etc.
Choraka – Angelica glauca – 0.030 g – It is used in the treatment of various skin diseases, bites of poisonous animals, fever, rhinitis and psychiatric disorders. 
Chocha – Cinnamon – Cinnamomum zeylanica – 0.030 g
Patra – Cinnamon – 0.030 g
Tagara – Valeriana wallichii – 0.030 g – It is a plant described in Ayurveda for the treatment of wounds, arthritis, cough, asthma, general debility, skin diseases.
Sthouneya – 0.030 g
Jathi – Jasmine – Jasminum grandiflorum – 0.030 g – It is used for the treatment of wounds, skin diseases, ulcers of the oral cavity, gingivitis.
Rasa – Mercury – 0.030 g
Shukthi – Pearl oyster – 0.030 g
Vyaghra nakha – 0.030 g
Amaraahwam – 0.030 g
Agaru – Aquilaria agallocha – 0.030 g – Useful in skin diseases.
Sreevasaka – 0.030 g
Kumkuma – Saffron – Crocus sativus – 0.030 g – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of acne, black head, diarrhea, skin diseases.
Chandana – Sandal wood – Santalum album – 0.030 g – It improves skin tone and complexion.
Gulgulu – Commiphora mukul – 0.030 g – It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Devadhoopam – 0.030 g
Kharpura – Camphor – Cinnamomum camphora – 0.030 g
Punnaga – Calophyllum inophyllum – 0.030 g
Naga – Lead calx – 0.030 g – It is used in the treatment of diabetes, non healing wounds, piles, malabsorption syndrome, helminthiasis, diarrhoea, jaundice, skin diseases, itches, visarpa.
Kera thailam – Coconut oil – 10.000 ml

Indications

Indications of Dineshelaadi Keram:
Kandu – itching
Pama – eczema
Twak roga – diseases of the skin
Useful in mosquito bite scars, sun tan, white heads, sensitive skin.

Application on feet

Oil application over feet

Precaution if you apply this oil over feet:
If you apply this oil on feet, make sure to wash off thouroughly with water or wipe off with cloth. The oil can make you slippery while walking.
After applying, make sure there are no oil spills on the floor. This can make the floor slippery.

Mode of usage, duration of use

Mode of usage:
Required quantity to be applied on the affected areas of the body.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Side effects, precautions

Side effects:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                               
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation period and in children.

During pregnancy, lactation

If you were using this oil before pregnancy without any allergic reaction, you can continue using this oil even during pregnancy.
If you have not used this product before and wish to use it during pregnancy, better to consult a doctor because it can cause skin allergy in some rare cases.
It is generally considered as safe to use during lactation, however consult your doctor for the right advice.

Can this product be applied after steam therapy?
No. Oil is best applied before steam therapy. This is as per basic Ayurvedic principles.
