Nimbaadyarishtam is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Group. It is mainly used in the treatment of carbuncles.

Ingredients of Nimbaadyarishtam:
Each 25 ml is prepared out of
Nimba – Neem – Azadirachta indica – 0.537 g – It helps to heal wounds quickly and relieves skin diseases such as diabetic carbuncles.
Amrutha – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 0.537 g – It is a well known immuno-modulator herb used in the correction of auto-immunity, skin diseases and diabetes.
Chukku – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 0.537 g
Haridra – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 0.537 g – It has anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
Vasa – Malabar nut – Adhatoda vasica – 0.537 g
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 0.537 g
Vibitaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellerica – 0.537 g
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 0.537 g – It has anti-oxidant and anti-diabetic activities.
Patola – Pointed gourd – Trichosanthes dioica – 0.537 g – It purifies the blood and useful in skin diseases.
Nidigdika – Solanum xanthocarpum – 0.537 g
Gudam – Jaggery – 4.883 g
Madhu – Honey – 0.488 g
Dhataki pushpam – Woodfordia fruticosa – 0.049 g
Indication
Indication of Nimbaadyarishtam:

Dose, duration of use, shelf life
Dose:
25 ml thrice daily, after food.
Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Shelf life: 10 years from the date of manufacture.
