Triglize Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Green Milk Pharmacy. It is used in the treatment of high triglycerides.
Triglize Tablet Ingredients
Arjuna – Terminalia arjuna – 25 mg – It decreases LDL levels, and is also an excellent anti oxidant. Hence, useful in high cholesterol. It strengthens heart, useful in angina and high blood pressure.
Hadjod – Asthi samhara – Cissus quadrangularis – 7.5 mg – It is used in the treatment of obesity, gout, diabetes, peptic ulcer, haemorrhoids and high cholesterol.
Punarnava mool – Boerhavia diffusa – 18.75 mg
Guggulu shuddha – Commiphora mukul – 30 mg – It lowers cholesterol and useful in hypothyroidism.
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Phyllanthus emblica – 37.5 mg – It is rich in nutrients and anti oxidants.
Vibhitaki – Belliric myrobalan – Terminalia bellirica – 33.33 mg
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 25 mg – Anti-aging, rejuvenative.
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – 14.28 mg – Since it is a natural diuretic and increases strength for exercise, it is a powerful herb to use in anti-obesity treatment.
Lashuna – Garlic – Allium sativum Linn – 20 mg – Research studies involving both animals and humans suggest that garlic can lower cholesterol levels.
Methika – Fenugreek – Trigonella foenum-graecum – 5 mg – It reduces cholesterol and useful for obesity.
Bilva mool – Bael root – Aegle marmelos – 18.75 mg
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 8.33 mg – It can lower total cholesterol, triglycerides levels, LDL cholesterol levels and boost HDL cholesterol.
Indications

increase HDL level,
it has immunomodulatory effects.
Dosage
1 to 2 tablets thrice daily.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
