Torchnil Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Dr. Palep’s Medical Research Foundation Pvt. Ltd. It is used in the treatment of Torch & other viral infections.
Torchnil Capsule Ingredients
Each capsule contains in mg of extracts equivalent to the drugs in crude form.
Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 250 mg – Enhances immunity by boosting levels of interferon which is the key chemical of the immune system that fights off viruses.
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cardifolia – 250 mg – It is a well known immuno-modulatory herb.
Kantakari – Solanum xanthocarpum serratum – 250 mg – It improves strength, immunity and nourishment.
Dantabeeja – Pomegranate – Punica granatum – 250 mg
Ushira – Andropogon muricatus – 250 mg – Heals wound quickly and useful in skin diseases.
Rasna – Vanda roxburghii – 250 mg – It has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
Manjishta – Indian madder – Rubia cordifolia – 250 mg – It is a famous herb for blood detoxification.
Pippali – Piper longum – Long pepper – 100 mg – It has immuno-stimulant, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant properties.
Indications
Torch & other viral infections,
recurrent pregnancy loss due to Torch infection,
Antiphospholiqid syndrome,
HIV/AIDS along with capsule Pentaphyte P-5
Dosage
1 capsule twice or thrice daily in BOH for 3-6 months before conceptions. After conceptions along with Sujat capsule throughout the pregnancy.
Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
