Stresslo Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Agrigold Pharmaceuticals. It is used in the treatment of Physical and Mental stress.

Stresslo Capsule Ingredients


Each capsule contains
Jatiphala – Nut meg – Myristica fragrans – 25 mg – It helps to induce sleep and calm mind. It has anti-depressant, anti-convulsant and anxiolytic properties.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 55 mg – I helps in reducing blood pressure and used in treating anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue.
Vacha – Sweetflag – Acorus calamus – 35 mg – Useful against psychological balances and disorders.
Deodar – Devadaru – Cedrus deodara – 55 mg – It has anxiolytic and anti-convulsant properties.
Gotu Kola – Mandukaparni – Centella asiatica – 55 mg – It improve memory and intelligence.
Mugda – Blackgram – Wigna mungo – 55 mg
Ber fruit – Badara – Ziziphus mauritiana – 55 mg
Jatamansi – Nardostachys jatamnsi – 15 mg – It helps to lower blood pressure and extensively used in the treatment of headache and depression.
Three Myrobalans – Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica – 30 mg
Sarpagandha – Rauwolfia serpentina – 10 mg – It has calming effect over mind and brain and induces sleep.

Vacha – Sweetflag – Acorus calamus – 20 mg
Jatamansi – Nardostachys jatmansi – N. grandiflora Dc – 10 mg

Indications


Physical and Mental stress,
Convalescence,
Anxiety and Tension,
Insomnia.

Dosage


2 capsules twice a day, after food.
Or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Diet To Follow

Have more of Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond, taro root, flaxseed oil, soyabean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin, red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout, cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia are fine to take.

Diet To avoid:
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.
Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.

Stresslo Capsule Side effects


There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                                       
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.

How  long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice. 

Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

Habit forming

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.
