Each capsule of 550 mg contains in mg of
Guggulu – Indian bedellium – Commiphora mukul – 100 mg – It lowers cholesterol.
Gudmar – Gymnema sylvestre – 75 mg
Triphala – 75 mg
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – It helps in keeping digestive system on track throughout the day and accelerates metabolism. A good metabolism is able to burn more calories effectively.
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula
Bibhitaka – Beleric myrobalan – Terminalia belerica
Somlatha – Ephedra vulgaris – 75 mg
Chitrak – Plumbago zeylanica – 75 mg – It has hepato-protective activity.
Lashuna – Garlic – Allium sativum – It reduces the cholesterol deposition inside the blood vessel.
Vidanga – False black pepper – Embelia ribes – 25 mg – It is widely used in weight loss treatment.
Chandrika – Fenugreek – Trigonella foenum greacum – It has lipid lowering effect.
Dandelion – Taraxacum officinale – 25 mg
Chromium piclonate – 25 mg – It is essential for the carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. It helps to maintain the healthy cholesterol levels in body.

Adults: 1 – 2 capsules three times a day.
Children: below 12 years 1 capsule two times a day.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
