Purehands Gel is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by The Himalaya Drug Company. It is a hand sanitizer, gives instant protection.
Purehands is an effective, alcohol based hand sanitizer which kills 99.9% of germs, prevents infection, and ensures total hand hygiene.
Purehands contains extracts of herbs which have potent anti-microbial properties and natural anti-bacterial, fungicidal and anti-viral.
Purehands also have moisturizing and deodorant action on hands.
Indications of Purehands Gel
To prevent nosocomial infections.
For maintenance of hand hygiene in preoperative conditions, ICUs & OPDs.
For reducing the risk of contact-transmitted infections.
In immuno-compromised/high risk persons.
Ingredients
Each ml contains extracts of –
Hrivera – Coleus vettiveroides – 60 mg – Heals wounds and useful in skin diseases.
Dhanyaka – Coriander – Coriandrum sativum – 60 mg – It has anti-allergic and anti-oxidant properties.
Nimbuka – Citron Fruit – Citrus limonum – 60 mg – It has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Usheera – Vetiveria zizanioides – 60 mg – Useful in skin diseases.
Nimba – Neem – Azadirachta indica – 60 mg – It has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and wound healing properties.

Direction for use
Take 0.5 – 1 ml of gel on your palms.
Rub well over the palms, back of hands, fingernails and grooves briskly until dry.
No soap & water required after use.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Side effects of Purehands Gel
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
Do not use on sensitive areas of the skin and raw or wounded skin surface. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water, if skin irritation persists or if swallowed accidentally, consult a physician.
