Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – Nervine tonic.
Payaswini – Vidarikanda – Ipomea digitata – Corrects menstrual cycle.
Musali – Curculigo orchioides – Reduces excessive blood loss during menorrhagia. Also corrects leucorrhoea.
Jatamamsi – Spikenard – Nardostachys jatamansi – Regularizes menstrual cycle.
Arjuna – Terminalia arjuna – Enhances desire. Corrects inadequacies.
Asoka – Saraca indica – Corrects uterine dysfunctions.
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – Helps to prevents abortions.
Krishna jeeraka – Black Cumin – Nigella sativa – Corrects dysmenorrhea.
Mishreya – Dill seed – Peucedanum graveolens – Corrects endocrine system. Very good galactogague.
