Dosage
1 – 2 tablets twice or thrice a day,

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains dries aqueous extracts of –
Yastimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 300 mg – Blood-purifier, Increases quality and quantity of blood, useful in bleeding disorder.
Asoka – Saraca indica – 250 mg
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 250 mg – It is mainly used in bleeding disorders.
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 100 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 100 mg – It is the main Ayurvedic rejuvenative tonic for the female.
Tagara – Valeriana wallichii – 50 mg – It has anti-microbial action.
Kutaja – Holarrhena antidysentrica – 50 mg
Side effects of Ovoutoline Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
