Ingredients
Each film coated tablet contains extracts of –
Guggulu – Commiphora mukul – 200 mg – It is a potent anti-inflammatory herb, so it is helpful to relieve pain in joints, muscles, ligaments and bones. It strengthens bones and joints.
Atibala – Abutilon indicum – 200 mg – It has anti-diabetic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 200 mg – It improves strength and immunity.
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo – 150 mg – It has analgesic and muscle relaxant properties.
Shringavera – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 150 mg
Rasna – Pluchea lanceolata – 100 mg
Shallaki – Boswellia serrata – 100 mg – It is used mainly for the treatment of osteo-arthritis and muscular pains.
Asthisamhara – Cissus quadrangularis – 75 mg – It strengthens the bones.
Dosage
1 tablet thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.
Should be used continuously for at least 8-10 weeks to notice improvements.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
