Dose
1 to 2 tablets twice a day
or as directed by the physician.
How long to take?
This medicine is usually prescribed for a period of 1 – 2 months time.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Eranda moola – Castor root – Ricinus communis – 38.50 mg – It relieves pain and inflammation and is purgative.
Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 38.50 mg – It improves the strength of bones, muscles, and joints.
Sahachara – Barleria prionitis – 38.50 mg
Shatavari – Buttermilk root – Asparagus racemosus – 38.50 mg
Dusparsha – Yavasa – Alhagi camelorum – 38.50 mg
Vasa – Malabar nut – Adhatoda vasica – 38.50 mg
Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 38.50 mg – It is a well-known immunomodulator herb used in the correction of auto-immunity.
Devadaru – Himalayan cedar – Cedrus deodara – 38.50 mg – It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.
Ativisha – Indian Atees – Aconitum heterophyllum – 38.50 mg

Side Effects and Precautions
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

This product can be safely used during the lactation period and in children for a limited period of a few weeks time for side effects and precautions.
