Go ghrita – Cow ghee – 2.857 ml
Eranda taila – Castor oil – 1.429 ml
Bala (Sida cordifolia) –  5 g
Aswagandha – Withania somnifera – 2.500 g
Chandana (Santalum album) –  0.078g
Manjista (Rubia cordifolia) –  0.078g
Durva (Cynodon dactylon) –  0.078g
Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus) – 0.078g
Kusta (Saussurea costus) – 0.078 g

Direction for use, duration of use

Direction for use of Balashwagandhadi Kuzhampu:
To be applied with oil slightly heated on the body 1 hour before bathing. It is also used in Ayurvedic procedures such as Sarvanga Dhara, Kizhi, Greeva Basti etc.

How long to use Balaswagandhadi Thailam? 
For external use, it can be used for a long period of time.

Shelf life of Balashwagandhadi Kuzhampu:
3 years from the date of manufacture. Once you open the seal, it is better to use it within an year.

During pregnancy, lactation

If you were using this oil before pregnancy without any allergic reaction, you can continue using this oil even during pregnancy.
If you have not used this product before and wish to use it during pregnancy, better to consult a doctor because it can cause skin allergy in some rare cases.
It is generally considered as safe to use during lactation, however consult your doctor for the right advice.

Can this product be applied after steam therapy?
No. Oil is best applied before steam therapy. This is as per basic Ayurvedic principles.
