Ingredients of Step Tablet:
Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum) – Tulsi, Holy Basil – The plant with an auspicious name has medicinal usage extending from reducing ill effects of radiotherapy of cancer to maintaining Brahmacharya – Celibacy.
Haridra (Curcuma longa) – Turmeric
Nimba – Neem
Bakuchi – Psoralea corylifolia – Bakuchi is an Ayurvedic herb, very well known for its efficacy against skin diseases including leucoderma.Its botanical name is Psoralia corylifolia. It belongs to Fabaceae family.
Darudi Panchanga
Aragvadha – Cassia fistula – Aragvadha is an ancient Indian herb, widely used in the treatment of skin diseases and in constipation. Its botanical name is Cassia fistula and it belongs to Caesalpinioideae family. It is a tree that grows up to 25 – 30 feet.

Upper respiratory tract infections.
Sinusitis
Otitis media
Recurrent and chronic infections.
Dose
Dosage of Step Tablet:
2 tablets twice a day, or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
