Psora capsules is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Ayulabs Pvt Ltd, Rajkot, used in treatment of eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis etc.

Uses

Psora capsules uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Dry and wet eczema, Psoriasis, Bacterial and fungal skin infection, Dermatitis.

Effect on dosha

Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata and Pitta.

Dose and duration of use

Psora capsule dose: 2 – 3 capsules after meal, 1 -2 times a day, or as directed by physician.

How long to use? It can be used for 2 – 3 months, as directed by Physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Psora capsule Ingredients:
Each 300 mg capsule contains
Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu – a traditional Ayurvedic Medicine – 100 mg
Mahanimba – Melia azadirachta – 100 mg
Chalmogra Taila – Oil of Hydnocarpus laurifolia – 768 ml – 60 mg
Narayana Taila – a traditional Ayurvedic Medicine – 20 mg
Oil of Bakuchi – Psoralea corylifolia – 20 mg

Side effects and precautions

Side effects and precautions: 
It is better to take this medicine under medical supervision.
Special precaution is needed while prescribing this medicine to children, pregnant and lactating mothers.
Over-dosage or taking this medicine for longer period than prescribed may cause burning sensation in stomach.
keep out of reach and sight of children.
Store in a cool dry place.
Take this medicine only in the prescribed dose, till the prescribed time.

  1. We are from Pune. We find the Marks-psora capsules effective on the psoriasis. But now-a-days, these capsules are not available in the medical shops. Want to know from where I can get them.

  4. My doctor prescribed me psora 2 tablets ,3 times a day,so am taking 6 tablets in a day ,please tell me should I continue this dose or make this dose to 3 tablets in a day?

  5. Hi,I am from US and I came across PSORA and ATRISOR capsules both meant for Psoriasis after going thru articles. Is this ok if a person who has psoriasis covered 50% of the body takes 1 capsule of PSORA & ATRISOR 3 times in a day..?

  6. Psora cap is better medicine to keep Psoriasis under control but for complete cure pt has to undergo shodhana or biodetoxification….

    its too effective medicine(psora ointment & cap) bcz since my childhood i had Eczema & Psoriasis in Anal area, i have used many alopathic medicines but result was not good. but when i started to uses this medicine got toomuch relief. my advise that is dont use any medicine without doctors consultation…..
