  1. I have both Rasnairandadi and Dhanvantaram Kwatahm tablets. Which one should I eat? I have a lower back problem that is currently under control (only standing for more time is a problem, but am able to walk for more than half hour, am fine with sitting).

      • not exactly. Rasnairandadi is given in the first stage of the disease , where body is stiff and with lesser digestive fire. This kahsyaam will kindle the disgestion , act as a laxative , and try to remove aam afrom the body(Ama can be corelated to undigested materail / microbiome).

while maharasnadi is being given in the later stages of disease where the patient is subjected for nourishing after the cleansing done (by the previous kashayam) , and it also strengthens the organs and improves the vital functions which is already triggered by the previous one.
